Anadigics ships penta-band 3G PAs to Samsung

Anadigics, a supplier of wireless and broadband solutions, has announced that it is shipping multi-mode, multi-band power amplifiers (PAs) to Samsung Electronics for the company's new SGH-Z620 3G handset.
