ThinFlex and Matsushita open FCCL plant in China

Taiwan-based ThinFlex and Japan-based Matsushita Electric Works yesterday held an opening ceremony for their joint venture in China - a plant in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province that produces flexible copper clad laminates (FCCLs).
