CMO suing LG.Philips LCD for patent infringement

Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) on May 4 filed a lawsuit at Marshall court, Texas in the US claiming LG.Philips LCD violated four of its LCD patents, and asks for compensation, according to the company.
