Kinsus adds Samsung as new CSP substrate client

Already being the chip-scale packaging (CSP) substrate provider for SanDisk and Toshiba, the Chinese-language Commercial Times reports that Kinsus Interconnect Technology has also landed orders from Samsung Electronics.
