AOL sets up first East Asia portal in Taiwan

American Online (AOL) on April 14 announced the beta launch of a traditional Chinese web portal in Taiwan, www.aol.tw. Of the 18 countries that have an AOL web portal currently, Taiwan is the first in East Asia, according to AOL.
