Taiwan market: Vibo to purchase 400,000 handsets in 2010

Vibo Telecom plans to purchase 400,000 handsets in 2010 compared to 480,000 units in 2009, according to the company. 25% of the handsets to be purchased will be smartphones, Vibo added.
