TSMC vice president to assume CEO role at solar cell maker Motech

Solar cell maker Motech Industries on March 8 announced the appointment of Chang Peng-heng, currently vice president of Materials Management and Risk Management at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), as its CEO effective March 31.
