Taiwan Mask denies rumor of acquisition by TSMC

Photomask supplier Taiwan Mask Corporation (TMC) has denied local media reports indicating that it will be acquired by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) for NT$15 (US$0.47) per share.
