New Generation of HMI: A Complete LCD Lineup with Various Platforms
APLEX's new generation of HMI, ARCHMI Series, is proven a successful product since its launch last year. At the beginning, ARCHMI series offered small-size LCD on 7-inch to 15-inch and then ARCHMI series added more options such as 10.1-inch and 21.1-inch, and is powered by different Intel solutions in order to meet various applications. APLEX is continuing to deliver competitive products and enhance capabilities through flexible product matrix (CPU levels, LCD size and ID concept). As a result, APLEX's ARCHMI series provides system integrators with highly integrated and low power solutions as well as advanced performance that can be easily implemented to meet a broad range of industrial devices.
Target Vertical Applications: from the Sky to the Ground
APLEX is showing a wide range of vertical applications at Computex 2014. APLEX's IEC 60945-certified Marine PC with DNV standard targets navigation on the sea and provides LCD sizes of 12.1-inch, 19-inch and widescreen FHD 24-inch to meet different vessel requirements. In addition, APLEX is demonstrating Railway BOX PC, which is EN50155 compliant and guarantees safety of the rolling stock during a journey and helps drivers stay informed of the train status. Meanwhile, to enhance navigation and data transmission for vehicles, APLEX's vehicle panel PC (designed under MIL810F/IEC 60950) features communication functions including WiFi/GPS/3.5G/BT to enable real-time data capture and fast response.
For heavy-duty industrial applications, APLEX offers high performance and expandable panel PCs equipped with Intel 3rd/4th generation multi-core processors and LCDs sized at 19-inch, 21.5-inch and 24-inch. For rugged applications, APLEX is showcasing ATEX series equipped with EN60079-11 316 stainless steel enclosures that provide solid and reliable protection for work in harsh environments, such as coal mines.
