Foundry chipmaker VIS expects flat shipment growth in 4Q14

Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) has reported record consolidated revenues for the third quarter of 2014, when wafer shipments registered an about 9% sequential growth. The company expects shipments to stay flat in the fourth quarter.
