Everlight to expand packaging capacity to 5.8 billion LED chips

LED packaging service provider Everlight Electronics will complete the construction of a factory in central Taiwan in third-quarter 2016, which will expand monthly LED chip packaging capacity from 4.8 billion currently to 5.8 billion, according to the company.
