According to DIGITIMES Research analyst Eric Chen, it may be difficult for India to achieve chipmaking with 28nm processes in five years, adding that it is more realistic for India to make 28nm chips in ten years.

Foxconn invests US$1.5 billion in India to expand manufacturing
