Chipbond acquires FICTA plant, to continue expansion in 2006

Chipbond Technology announced it will purchase First International Computer Testing and Assembly Technology (FICTA)’s plant for NT$280 million. Chipbond has also scheduled capacity expansions for its gold bumping and LCD driver packaging business.
