SMIC adopts ARM IP for 90nm node

Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) and ARM have jointly announced SMIC's adoption of ARM's Metro and Advantage products, both part of ARM's family of Artisan IP, for SMIC's 90nm LL (low leakage) and G (mainstream) processes.
