Spansion extends NOR flash foundry orders to 90nm at TSMC

Spansion announced that the company has expanded its foundry partnership with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) to 90nm for its MirrorBit-made NOR flash with production set to increase in the second half of 2007.
