Spansion to sell Japan manufacturing facilities to Fujitsu

Spansion today announced it has signed a definitive agreement with Fujitsu for the sale of Spansion's older facilities, Fabs JV1 and JV2, in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Japan, to Fujitsu, for US$150 million.
