TSMC and Spansion join to develop 40nm and below MirrorBit flash

Spansion and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) have announced that they have signed a definitive agreement to begin joint development of variations of MirrorBit technology at 40nm and below.
