InComm starts volume production of class 6 SDHC controller IC in October

InComm has started shipping its controller IC for Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) with high data execution rates from October. InComm's solutions support both Hynix Semiconductor and Samsung Electronics' single-level-cell (SLC) NAND flash chips.
