Foundry sales to increase nearly twice as fast as total IC industry, says IC Insights

Foundry IC sales will grow at nearly twice the rate of the overall IC industry over the next five years, according to IC Insights, adding that both pure-play and IDM foundry sales are likely to show solid growth through 2013.
