Investment banks upgrade D-Link and GemTek

CSFB (Credit Suisse First Boston) upgraded its rating for D-Link, with a target stock price of NT$49.5. Deutsche Bank forecast GemTek Technology will reach a stock price of NT$95, with a “buy” rating.
