Taiwan digital cameras – 1Q 2006

Large decreases in orders from Kodak and channel brands dealt a heavy blow to Taiwan’s digital camera makers in the first quarter of 2006, with shipments dropping more than 35% sequentially. The impact will continue to be felt in the second quarter since shipments will increase at a much slower pace, compared to the same period last year.
