Intel introduces 2.6 and 2.8GHz Xeon processors

Intel on September 11 introduced two of its latest Xeon processors, running at 2.8 and 2.6GHz, to target the workstation and server markets. Built on Intel’s 0.13-micron process, the new products support 512K L2 cache memory.
