TSMC to ship 100,000 0.13-micron wafers to Altera by year-end

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) predicts that its 0.13-micron shipments to Altera in 2002 will total 100,000 wafers, said chief technology officer Chenming Hu on November 13.
