Taiwan market: PoC services to begin in September

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) is to begin Push-to-talk over Cellular (PoC) phone services in Taiwan by early September, coinciding with the launch of Nokia's 5140 phone and Motorola's V303p, according to Nokia and Motorola’s Taiwan offices.
