TFN and Hutchison Whampoa partner to launch Ethernet service in Greater China

Telecom service provider Taiwan Fixed Network (TFN) will sign an agreement with Hong Kong-based Hutchison Whampoa tomorrow for the launch of Ethernet services in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, according to TFN.
