DRAM output up 3.7% in October, DDR2 up 48.4%

Worldwide DRAM output increased 3.7% on-month in October to 421.8 million 256Mbit-equivalent million units, with DDR2 output growing 48.4% sequentially to 41.9 million units, according to DRAMeXchange.
