ProMOS receives 1T PSRAM orders from STMicroelectronics

ProMOS Technologies has received single-transistor pseudo-SRAM (1T PSRAM) orders from STMicroelectronics, becoming the second Taiwan-based memory maker after Winbond Electronics to recently obtain orders for the high-margin segment from an international IDM.
