ProMOS Hsinchu 12-inch fab to target new businesses

With ProMOS Technologies having begun operations at its new 12-inch fab (Fab III) in Taichung, the memory maker has decided to appoints company senior vice president Len Mei to establish a new business unit for its first 12-inch fab (Fab II) at Hsinchu.
