Supporting high performance, manageability and power efficiency, the IB965 is optimized for demanding applications in the medical field, industrial automation, transportation and gaming sectors.

The chipset built-in graphics IntelR HD Graphics 4000 allows IB965 to support different display interfaces including CRT VGA, DVI-D and 24-bit dual channel LVDS. It has dual Gigabit Ethernet, two DIMM sockets for up to 16Gbytes of dual DDR3 memory, and flexible SATA III and USB3.0 ports suited for high bandwidth applications. It also comes with a parallel port, Mini PCI-E expansion and four serial ports with one port jumperless selection for RS232/422/485 operation.
