PSC hits historic high in October revenues

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC), a major Taiwanese DRAM maker, achieved record net sales of NT$2.917 billion in October, up 186.2% year-on-year and 7.6% month-on-month, the company announced yesterday.
