Taiwan's Yuantonix introduces new four-channel PA modules

Taiwan-based RF (radio-frequency) IC design house Yuantonix yesterday introduced a new four-channel PA module used in GSM/GPRS handsets. The closed-loop PA module will begin volume production next month, according to the company.
