HHNEC to offer MPW at state-sponsored IC design center

China foundry Huahong NEC (HHNEC) has signed an agreement with the Suzhou CAS IC Design Center (SZICC) to offer multi-project wafer (MPW) services to local IC-design startups, SZICC announced on November 15.
