Epistar files suit against Formosa Epitaxy over ITO-related patent infringement

Formosa Epitaxy confirmed that the company received notification of Epistar’s lawsuit from the Taiwan district court in Taoyuan County on January 20, according to a January 21 company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
