More consolidation in Taiwan IC distribution sector

Taiwan-based IC distributor Zenitron will merge with Princeton Technology C&C Corp (PTCC) via a stock swap, and Zenitron claims that after the merger, the new company will be one of the top five IC distributors in Taiwan, according to a company press release.
