PPT and Kinsus expect strong second quarter

Leading Taiwan IC-substrate makers Phoenix Precision Technology (PPT) and Kinsus Interconnect Technology expressed optimism for the second quarter on strong demand from the communications sector, as they reported increases in revenues for March.
