Memory module maker Innodisk extended its strong growth momentum in March 2026, reporting monthly revenue of NT$5.67 billion (approx. US$177.34 million), up 35.8% month-over-month and 484.8% year-over-year. First-quarter revenue reached NT$13.18 billion, also a record high.

The company said higher shipment volumes and rising average selling prices drove both March and first-quarter revenue to new highs. First-quarter revenue of NT$13.18 billion increased 1.74 times quarter-over-quarter and 403.39% year-over-year, reaching 92.44% of its full-year 2025 revenue of NT$14.26 billion.

Randy Chien said that as AI applications accelerate deployment, Innodisk expects its edge AI system solutions and subsidiaries, including Aetina, to achieve multiple-fold growth in 2026. SSD products are also expected to be a key growth driver, with the company forecasting flash memory demand to expand at a pace comparable to DRAM. In response to customer demand exceeding supply, Innodisk has begun planning a third production facility in Yilan.

Separately, Elite Semiconductor Microelectronics Technology (ESMT) also reported record results in March, with consolidated revenue of NT$3.03 billion, up 44.44% month-over-month and 188.11% year-over-year. First-quarter revenue reached NT$7.27 billion, up 150.33% year-over-year, reflecting rising contract prices and a broad improvement in operating performance.
